DIET FOR PEOPLE HAVING ARTHRITIS

Well, this is what I read through many studies which were conducted on this type of disease,Its an auto-immune disease wherein their is inflammation in the joints mostly involving knees, hands etc.,I will suggest a few changes a person can adopt in his or her  diet which will bartantly help to curb the inflammation and pain which he or she is undergoing.
A person has to have all types of fruits and vegetables firstly, that is varied colors, every fruit has antioxidants loaded which helps to fight or reduce inflammation,so on an around 4-5 servings of fruits in a day(blueberries, apple, banana etc).If possible having boiled vegetables which helps to prevent loss of certain essential nutrients and cooking in olive oil will definately help.Fish if she is non-vegetarian ,as fish is rich in OMEGA-3 definately helps,as well having nuts in the morning time along with milk..Milk is essential as it provides calcium.20-25 walk in the sun helps to provide essential VITAMIN-D.In short i would say a well-balanced diet helps but see to it that she avoids saturated fatty acids as they sometimes triggers the disease.
